Our Cancelation & Weather Policy
We know life happens. Kids get sick, schedules change, and the weather doesn’t always cooperate. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while still being fair to our team and other families who want to book the same date. We want every situation to be a win‑win.
Standard Cancellations
If you need to cancel for any reason other than weather, please let us know at least 10 days before your event date.

With 10 or more days’ notice, we can usually release your time slot to another family and avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made with less than 10 days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your deposit, since we’ve been holding that equipment and time just for you.
If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can—we’re always happy to talk through options.
Weather‑Related Cancellations
Safety always comes first. If rain, storms, or strong winds make it unsafe to set up or use the equipment, you may cancel your rental without penalty before we arrive for delivery.
For weather‑related cancellations:

Your deposit/payment will not be lost.

We’ll issue a raincheck/credit that you can use toward a new event date, as long as the equipment and date you want are available.
