How do I book an inflatable?

Booking is simple: browse our products, pick your favorite unit, choose your date and times, and complete the online reservation form. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email or text so you know your event is locked in.

Do I need a deposit?

Most reservations require a small non‑refundable deposit to hold your date and equipment, with the remaining balance due before or at delivery. Deposit details and payment options are clearly shown during checkout so there are no surprises.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and in many cases digital payments or business checks for schools, churches, and organizations. Cash at delivery may be allowed if approved in advance.

What is your cancellation or weather policy?

We understand that life and weather don’t always cooperate. If unsafe weather (severe storms, high winds, etc.) is forecast or an emergency arises, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you on rescheduling options according to the policy shown in your confirmation.

How safe are your inflatables?

Safety is a top priority. Our inflatables are commercial‑grade, securely anchored, and inspected and cleaned between each rental. We provide clear safety rules and operating instructions, and we encourage active adult supervision any time children are using the equipment.

Do you clean and sanitize the equipment?

Yes. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each event, with extra attention to high‑touch areas such as entrances, sides, and slide lanes. You can expect a fresh, ready‑to‑play inflatable at your party.

What kind of space do I need?

Each product page lists the required setup space, including height, width, and length. As a general rule, you should have a flat, open area a few feet larger than the inflatable’s footprint in all directions so we can safely anchor and operate it.

Can inflatables be set up on concrete or indoors?

Yes, in many cases we can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors, as long as the surface is level and free of sharp objects or hazards. Let us know your surface type when booking so we can bring the proper anchors and equipment.

Do I need power or water?

Most inflatables require a standard household outlet within a reasonable distance for the blower; if not available, we can discuss generator options. Water slides will also need access to a working outdoor faucet and a hose long enough to reach the setup area.

How long is the rental period?

Typical rentals are for a set block of hours (for example, 4–8 hours), with options to extend or keep overnight on some items. Available time frames and any additional fees are shown during the booking process.

Will you deliver and set up?

Yes. Our team of professionals, sets up, and secures the inflatable, then returns after your event to take everything down. You don’t have to lift a finger—just be there to show us where you’d like it placed and review the safety rules.

Do adults and teens need different inflatables than younger kids?

Larger slides and combos are better suited for older kids, teens, and adults, while smaller units are perfect for younger children. If your guest list spans several age groups, our team can recommend the best combination of units to keep everyone safe and entertained.

What if you’re running late?

Are you insured?

Yes. Party Star Inflatables operates as a fully insured, professional company—not a casual side gig—so you can feel confident hosting your event at home, school, church, or a public venue. Proof of insurance is provided upon request for organizations and facilities. You should never hire an unlicensed or uninsured provider.
